Founder Biography
Jamel Gibson is an educational practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the Virginia Public School System. Dr. Gibson graduated from Hampton University with a PhD in Educational Management, Cambridge College with a MA in Educational Interdisciplinary Studies, and The University of Hartford Connecticut with a BA in Music Performance. He has served in the capacity of teacher, elementary and secondary school principal, and as a college professor.

Dr. Gibson possesses insight and understanding into how students think, process, collaborate, and socialize. Dr. Gibson is both a qualitative and quantitative researcher with expertise in mentoring, teaching, leadership, professional development, innovation, and building effective digital learning designs. His skill set and knowledge of education and the arts have been finely honed.
